From York Route 30 East:

Rt. 30 East to Rt. 501 or....

Take PA Turnpike (Interstate 76) to Exit 19 (Harrisburg East). Take Rt. 283 East to Rt. 30 East to Rt. 501 North Rt. 30 East to Rt. 501 North

From Harrisburg Routes 283/30:

Take PA Turnpike (Interstate 76) to Exit 19 (Harrisburg East). Take Rt. 283 East to Rt. 30 East to Rt. 501 North

From Reading:

Take Rt. 222 South to Rt. 30 West to Rt. 501 North. 

From Downtown Lancaster:

Take Queen Street north, turn right on Liberty Street, turn left on Lititz Pike, go north on Lititz Pike (left at the split)  Approximately 3 miles on the right.

Brethren Village is located at 3001 Lititz Pike, on the right side of Rt. 501 North, approximately three miles from US Route 30.
